DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Largo Washington DC

I loved how the hotel was clean and the night manager was lovely. The room was PERFECT. My son's loved the room. The beds were AMAZING. My son's had a BALL in the pool.

Only 2 membership staff were off, hats off to Jarod in reception, Carlos the maintenance and Alma in housekeeping. Brekkie was nice and felt homely.

Everyone was friendly and professional

I'm very big on customer service. Both the greeting concierge and my checkout concierge was very pleasant An older man and a young Hispanic girl. Very nice... We stayed in a pet friendly room it was clean. Didn't even smell like there was a pet in there before. Shower was nice and hot ... Bathroom clean too .. a little dated in some parts but a nice room to lay out in.. cleaning staff is excellent and very friendly when they see you. They look like they like coming to work and it was Christmas. Eve hats off to the cleaning staff and the concierge... Really happy about the mini fridge. Kept my stuff cold and the microwave ..Won't mind staying there again if I go back to VA

Staff was excellent. Before I saw the "no housekeeping except on request" (based on our visits to local restaurants, help is very hard to come by in Prince George's County) notice on the bathroom mirror, my wife mentioned there were only two towels (we were a party of three). I called the front desk who could well have said "come down." They didn't. They sent someone up with extra towels, coffee cups and coffee. Much appreciated. The bar was well done. The bistro was more of a cafe, decent light fare. Lightly staffed but our waiter was excellent. Whole milk by the coffee would be a plus. They had a nice list of local dining spots at the front desk. Excellent access to highways. Everything was very clean. I would recommend it
